When will nokia solve the problem about NSU in Vista??? After microsoft release windows 12??? Hey! Nokia, there's a lot of people frustarted in updatng the phone's firmware through NSU since u did not included the OTA download in E71 and other phones!

Last night my dpad did not fucntion, i thought it was bcoz of contant palying of resident evil but after restarting it.. it worked fine again... Nokia's New product always have the same issue. buggy at first then amazing as it aged... (If has the right firmware)

fm-transimit is built in feature !!! U gonna find it under music icon and music player options ! if not found HARSreset ur fone ! *#7370# but save ur data first

Anyone one knows how to access the FM Transmitter, seems to be blocked,hidden or unaccessible,following all guidelines through music player,the FM T is simply not on option

i currently have an n97 and was thinking of getting rid of it as its full of bug and getting the n86. is it wort it or is the n86 full of bugs 2???

I own both the i8910 and the nokia n86 and in my opinion the camera of the i8910 is only better when it comes to colour and the resolved detail...but the camera of the n86 takes a photo which looks exactly the same as whatever you snapped! Its that it lacks detail and definition but the pics look amazing

i have n86 for three weeks now... Its a great phone for takinhg pics night or day! love to use it on fireworks displays... What i dont want is:
1.) The freakn firmware vg.20 is soooo Laggy! full of bugs... HOPE NOKIA WILL FIX THIS SOON! (It will kill n86 if they dont fix this problem)
2.) keypads includng d-pad requires more effort.
3.) Camera dept. should improve more considering its a camera flagship (or so i thnk) of Nokia.
4.)The back cover is serioulsy designed by weird people... There no latch or somethng that woul make it easier to open other than Prying it literally with fingernails...
BUt all in all, N86 is a solid phone great specs nice price to features ratio and it would be the ultimate phone with the "right" firmware!

got my phone for 4 days now. The rating of this phone was 4.5 average after the announcement in february, but now it gone up to 8.1. i think this phone should rate at least 9 or may be higher. its a great phone especially the camera. takes brillant pictures and 30 fps video recording can easily beat those digital cameras and digitals camcorders. AMOLED display is awesome. People who own this phone please rate it higher ty

I have N86 for three weeks, I don't have complaint only one thing, after upgraded with new software 2. they said camera will be improve which I accept little improvement. I have used new camera set-up and it jam several times now, when you open camera slide, you see only black and error message appear to switch off.
That's my experiance with N86 8MP.

I saw all those comments saying that this phone is boring and outdated therefore I'll post my review after a month of experience with N86 8MP.
Mine is "Made in Finland" N86-1
Pros:
-2.6' AMOLED (New technology and not outdated).
-Fm Trans.
-Built in 8gb memory (Really fast).
-Camera Features Are Unique, Wide-lens + Variable aperture and 8MP Really Rocks (Face detect with v20).
-Scratch resistant surface (No more scratches) and Hard Steel makes it really Solid and Elegant.
-Kickstand is available.
-3rd gen Dual Led flash is Xenon.
-Stereo Speaker and Headphone are amazing.
-Battery Life is good (3 days with normal use (taking photos,music) and it charges from usb when connected to PC!
-Slider Is solid.
Cons:
-Player doesn't Support .Avi/divX
-Key-pad Look is Not bad.
-v20 Has a lot of bugs.
-Video Capturing is not Top.
That's everything and in conclusion N86 is the best N-series phone and for sure it's camera is better than N82.. Go for it..
