This phone is great! The reason why it blacks out within 5 seconds is because it is in battery saving mode. The front slide is loose because it prevents the phone from scratches and more importantly the slide mechanism. All slide phones are like this. Take time to study the phone....aside from its classy physical appearance, the features will also great. And it does come with a 1 GB memory card. If you didn't find a memory card, go back to where you bought the phone and complain. Several of my friends also have this phone and the box came with the memory card.

Yes I agree with most of the comment. Dont buy this phone. It goes black out less than 5seconds, very irritating & the volume is very soft even to the maximum. Take my advise you will regret/

I bought this phone last Oct 26, i found it nice and great..but the problem is that the front slide part is moving, which means it is not that that steady and firm..Can anyone tell me if this is normal with this phone? Thanks a lot!

i bought this phone last sunday.. its a good phone.. lavet..
good video result.
but its not dual cam.
front cam is only for video call..
no pre installed opera mini.
but for me all in all this phone is good.

I got an Nokia 6600i , i was gonna buy an Nokia 6600 but the seller , prevered me 6600i. It's quite good , i like it , the sound is perfect and the camera is GREAT.

Is 6600i slide better than 6600 slide?
Sound on my 6600 slide was quite bad, and yes, signal was fine.
I think aluminium/metal case was the problem?! Is that possible?

I think it's a typical Nokia phone with missing the Camera Botton on the side of the phone, and there is no LAN connection on it. so it's just a fine mobile phone.

i was not really satisfied with my 6600i slide up phone. the lcd and flex and board gave up.good thing it was still within the warranty period. but even if the parts are already replaced still there are times it shuts down while viewing pictures in the gallery. if m going to buy a new one definitely not the slide up type of phonew

why do we need to charge the battery for long hours? 8hours etc

know what? i think this is a good phone for me. Good specs. So no matter what negative opinions posted here. Im gonna buy this..
and i think the person who said this is not good.. Got this phone in low class, immitation..and not a good store.
how pathetic. all of you are deceived.. you dont how to check whichis genuine, before buying..

Just bought the 6600i slide.
Let me name the disadvantages:
-No self-portrait(cannot take photo of yourself using front camera)
-speaker not great enough
-the light automato off after a few sec
-Siver is heavy(maybe is due to the hp is made of stainless metal)
-the back cover is also made of stainless metal so easier to get warm(any1 thiking of changing to plastic back cover??)
