the phone has an internal memory( flash memory) of 250Mb ROM and the phone let;s you use around 70-80 Mb as the phone memory..so it's not bad in terms of storage..
but why bother about internal memory when you can use the tones/videos on your memory card directly as ringtone/videotones... this is nokia we are talking about not some cheap old motorola where you had to have you ringtones in your phone memory..

u can get it exchanged from the dealer i guess

no problem with the unit.accompanied accesorries nokia headset is really the big problem why the sound is not good.i suggest nokia make good quality headset

why it is called XpressMusic when the music you hear using it accompanied nokia headset produces no good sound.i need to used expensive branded headset just to hear best quality sound.why not make good nokia headset.

i love this phone.the only thing i hate is the music.especially when using the nokia headset.the sound is very weak. you need to full volume just to hear it and still the quality of sound is not good.can you recommend a good brand of branded headset

> In reply to shk @ 2009-11-24 20:17 from vGCWhey shk, same problem happened in my phone.its not a big deal.its for u too bnp.there is no need for any softwate to cure this problem.just press the menu button, in the menu press the green call button.the dial pad should come.then type *#7370# and it will ask for security card which 12345(if havent changed it).then it will completely reset and restart your phone.and most probably your problem will be solved.it atleast solved mine and my friends.but remember to cteate a backup in your memory through file manager in APPLICATIONS FOLDER.or transfer ur data to pc.well it happened with my phone after removing phone from pc without choosing remove usb option which is necessary if u connect ur phone to pc via mass storage mode.i hope this would have helped.

hi . . i brought this phone few days back . . . . ..very good . . quite comfortable than the 5800 and easy too . . . . . .but i doo have a qeustion . . . how do you bring all the existing contacts to the main screen . . . . .all my contact bar shows " Add Contact " . . . .PLease help

I've used this phone for the past month now and it's been alright. It goes through applications pretty quickly, touchscreen responsiveness is good, reception hasn't been a problem.
The only issue is that when I use the camera, I can't seem to zoom using the dedicated hardware scroll buttons...I can only zoom using the software scroll zoom. Has anybody else encountered this issue?

hello every one...
i have a serious problem with my phone..i have a problem with my home screen.profiles,short cuts bar and contacts bar just vanished off..its not displayed at all..and i cant access my telephone dial and contacts from the home screen...updated my firmware also but still the problem is not solved..does anyone have an idea about how to solve this problem.
